A Day Of Fun At The Beach With All Weather Cornhole Board Games

If you’re looking for something fun and different to do this summer, why not take the cornhole game on your beach vacation? You might think that’s not possible because of the water and the humidity, but there are all weather cornhole bags and all weather cornhole boards that will work just fine for this activity, even when you’re near the water. This is important, because the regular cornhole bags are filled with whole kernel corn. When they are kept in a cool, dry place and there are no creatures that can get to them they last quite a while. They are susceptible to moisture problems, though, and they can break down quickly. Raccoons and other creatures also go after the corn and chew holes in them, and insects can get into them. Naturally, none of these are a welcome sight to someone who just wants to play cornhole and have a good time with friends and family members.

With the all weather cornhole bags, though, you don’t have to worry about mold and mildew or the creatures getting into them. You also don’t have to worry about replacing them as often because they are more durable and they hold up better overall. You can use them, as well as the all weather cornhole boards, in places where you couldn’t use standard boards and bags, such as at the beach, along a lake, or on a boat dock. That’s important, since a lot of cornhole players like to take vacations an want to spend time where there is water. When they can do that and yet not ruin their cornhole equipment, it makes for a much better time.

Make sure that the all weather cornhole bags you are going to buy are of same size and weight as the natural bags. The only difference is that these contain plastic pallets instead of feed corn. However, these bags are little costlier than feed corn bags, but that is to be expected. As I have already explained these, plastic palette bags are safe from humidity, bugs and critters they last long and do not need any replacement. The natural feed corn bags on the other hand, though initially inexpensive become very pricey over the years because they need regular replacement.

The same is true for buying all weather cornhole boards. The original cornhole boards are made of wood and they are very sturdy, but they are heavy to move around. The all weather option for these boards is made from plastic. It’s the same regulation size, but it will handle the elements so much better because it doesn’t have any wood to warp or otherwise become damaged. That’s a great thing when you want to play near water or when you live in a very humid climate where just using the board and bags could cause them to become damaged. The cornhole game isn’t as much fun when you have to be super careful about where and when you play it because of the weather.
