How to be mentally ready to play table tennis
Like most sports, table tennis or ping pong can be more of a mental game then a physical game. The thoughts going through your head will either help or distract your ability to clearly focus on the next move. Before you serve your ping-pong ball you must do your best to think about what two or three potential moves might come next.
You must be ready for whatever your opponent throws your way and you must study and know your opponent’s moves before they happen.
