Being a better player through sports psychology
The unique thing about sports is the involvement of mental aspect in the game.We have time and again witnessed athletes talented enough but did not succeed. This is usually because their mental toughness is weak. A lot of the times an inferior athlete was able to beat them due to a stronger mental attitude.This will be the instances when sports psychology comes in. It can teach athletes that to reach their maximum potential abilities they have to attain the right state of mind first.
